We rigorously subscribe to the standards that give “Specialty Coffee” its great quality and reputation. Since only a small percentage of all coffees measure up, you know you’re getting the best when you order Gaviña Specialty Coffees. By definition, Specialty Coffees support the standards below: • Specialty Coffees are seeded exclusively from the highest grades of Arabica beans. • They’re grown only in certain geographic areas that are capable of producing truly unique flavors. • Great care needs to be taken in roasting to maintain and enhance the distinctive character. • Each batch must be packaged fresh to deliver the richest taste and aroma to the cup.
